Happiness – Source of Good Mental Health

happiness

Getting peace of mind and living a steady, healthy life is the common desire of the 21st-century man. But somewhere we are all lacking because of workload, society pressure, and much more.

Today, people are not taking as much care of their health and life as they used to do previously. These days are running at higher speed, looking for the easiest ways to win the race, putting a lot of effort into generating much money (filling bank accounts), far away from the real source of happiness.

Mental Health is something we all care about.

People have all the time misunderstood this old saying – Money can buy happiness. Actually, it would be like money can’t buy happiness, but it can give you happiness for a shorter time. And nobody knows how long that short time will stay.

In short, it relates all to the mental health of a being. Today, people have everything good housing, huge chunks still lacking mental peace. You may have got a good deal of advice related to mental health like practicing yoga, meditation, eating green vegetables, but do you think it all contributes to good mental health?

Yes, they all do, but we realize the importance of these things later when the time passes by. You can say the late 70’s.

What is mental health?

Staying happy in oneself is the one primary key that contributes to good mental health

If you are happy, you attract positive and good vibes; if you are sad and think negative, you attract bad vibes.

What you say, you will get, because the universe is listening to all your things, that’s why always speak good and do good to others.

Mental health is primary in helping create good things in our lives and is the vehicle that helps us work toward our hopes, dreams, and aspirations

Happiness is the source to kill the depression and anxiety that’s the root cause of mental illness.

Most people are unaware that when they are happy, the mind releases four hormones or happy hormones.

Serotonin: A well-known happiness chemical and one of the easiest ways to get it-by the exposure of the sun. Sun increases this feel-good happiness hormone. So, don’t sit and stare at your television screen; go out and feel the breeze sun.

Dopamine: Dopamine is the reward chemical in the brain. When you have achieved the thing you were wishing for so long or rewarded as the best employee of the month, the brain releases the “good job” chemical, and your mind feels happy and encourages you to move forward.

Endorphins: This chemical releases the best when you involve in gyming or in any sports activity. This makes us feel lightheaded at times, help us deal with pain. That’s why it has said to run more, to stay healthy.

Oxytocin: Oxytocin is the “warm and fuzzy” chemical that is released when we cuddle and have interaction with family and friends. This hormone contributes a lot to happiness and is considered as one of the best ways to combat the effects of depression and anxiety.

In short, if you want to keep your physical and mental health strong, often travel, spend time with your family, eat good, and think positive.

At last, no one is concerned about your money, just about your happiness. Stay happy, be happy for good mental health.
